Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, REBOOKING & NO-SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Hair appointments are my livelihood, and the time reserved for your appointment is taken just as seriously as the time spent performing your service.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.
72-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 full days) before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within the 72-hour window are considered late cancellations and are subject to a 100% service charge.
REBOOKING POLICY
Rebooking does not reset or waive the 72-hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel or need to reschedule within the 72-hour period, you must:
* Pay the original appointment balance in full, including any applicable cancellation/no-show fee.
* Pay a $75 rebooking fee before a new appointment can be scheduled.
* The original appointment must be paid in full before rebooking is permitted.
The $75 rebooking fee is separate from the original service balance and is non-refundable.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Your deposit secures your appointment date and time and is payment for reserving that time specifically for you. Deposits cannot be refunded due to cancellation, rescheduling, or failure to attend your appointment.
NO-SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS
A no-show is defined as failing to appear for your scheduled appointment without providing the required 72-hour notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service price.
If you do not pay your cancellation or no-show balance, you will not be permitted to book or receive another service until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
TWO NO-SHOWS = PERMANENTLY UNABLE TO BOOK
After two (2) no-shows, you will no longer be permitted to book or receive services with me.
Two no-shows will result in permanent termination of your client booking privileges.
No exceptions.
RESPECT THE TIME YOU RESERVE
When you book an appointment, that time is removed from my schedule and made unavailable to another client.
My appointments are my livelihood. Your appointment is not simply a time slot—it is income, preparation, and an opportunity that has been reserved specifically for you.
Please respect my time, my business, and the commitment made when you book.
